Over 30 artists are holding studio sales in timed auctions with The Auction Collective. It is a unique opportunity to collect artworks from leading emerging artists with low starting prices.
Auctions will close on consecutive days from 7 - 11 February, 2022.
The studio sales are being run by artists for many reasons, including selling
I’m interested in new ways to reach audiences beyond the traditional gallery platform. This collaboration is an innovative way to present work to a new audience.

Grace Crabtree
Grace is a figurative painter whose work shifts between historical and contemporary references, and between the human figure and landscape. Grace draws from traditions of fresco and icon painting, developing an individual style using egg tempera, which provides the paintings with a delicate and luminous quality. This studio sale offers some earlier works which bring a contemporary twist to ancient myths and stories, and more recent paintings and drawings inspired from the landscapes of West Dorset and the Lake District.
Sammi Lynch
London based artist, Sammi Lynch creates lyrical work doused in earthy pastel smudges and silky-smooth textures, that are all about summoning a sense of place and memory. Favouring pastel drawing, combined with a striking use of colour, Sammi gives viewers an immersive window into her imagination.
Luke Knight's process of adding and eroding is repeated and repeated, building the painting over many months, echoing the Cornish landscape that inspires the paintings.
Charlotte Brisland
Charlotte Brisland graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2004 and has exhibited in London, New York, Japan and Berlin. She won the prize for landscape in the Jackson’s Painting Prize 2018 and has been featured in ‘Create Magazine’ May 2019. Most recently Charlotte Brisland has been included in 'A generous space' for Artist Support Pledge at Hastings Contemporary.
Bobbye Fermie
Bobbye completed the post graduate programme The Drawing Year at the Royal Drawing School in 2015 after finishing her BA in Site Specific Art at the Royal Academy of Fine Art Antwerp. She currently lives and works in London. Bobbye's work mainly consists of tender and dreamlike watercolours, in which she achieves to portray a sense of intimate stillness and softness that she relates to an introverted character. She is interested in highlighting the intimacy within the home setting and imagining a centre stage for her characters.
Nathan’s paintings combine the rich history of Japanese nineteenth-century woodblock printmaking with the realist oil-painting tradition of Western Art.
Poppy BH is an illustrator based between London and Ireland. Her works are joyful oil pastel drawings and ceramics of every day objects which fizz with energy and life.
"I don’t feel any urge to depict things or tell stories or make statements. I don’t feel a need to paint scenes, situations or likenesses of people. I seek to make paintings that draw viewers in, to question and enjoy their materiality. The works do not usually have any meaning although I do aim for them to be meaningful… which is a different thing.” - Andrew Hardy
The presence of faces and expressions is the cornerstone of my practice .The work can be read on two levels: as playful portraits but also at face value as abstract compositions defined by their formal values.

Lydia graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2020 and previously Camberwell College of Arts in 2017. Her work takes the form of installations, public interventions and large scale prints and paintings for both public spaces and galleries.
