Toby Mulligan, (British, B. 1969), is famed for his distinctive and iconic contemporary style which spans abstract and figurative works in a variety of mediums, from oils to Indian ink. Mulligan is currently working on a selection of celebrity portraits as part of commission for a Charity Auction this winter in partnership with Liquid Mirror.

Mulligan was 2019's bestseller at Clarendon Fine Art where his work continues to be exhibited, in addition to Ki Galerie, (Paris), Whitewall Galleries and previously the Mall Galleries. 

The artist has showcased his artistic talent in films for Winsor & Newton, Liquitex, Cass Art, and Sky Arts TV. His artistic brilliance has also earned him recognition in esteemed publications such as The Times, The Guardian, and the BBC.
