Notes

Inspired by the 1930's still life paintings of Matisse, Ella Carty's paintings appeal to more senses than just the visual, a full and emotional encounter.

An artist that practices spontaneity, Ella scavenges various sources from literal art history to the physical world that surrounds her, to imbue her work with sensory expression.

Her work is in private collections in Europe, The Middle East, North America and the U.K.

Ella's work Summer Fruits will also be included in the Spring Auction.
