Abstract artist Ben Fearnside presents Janus, part of his transitional falling series. Janus is the two-faced god of beginnings and endings, doorways and passageways war and peace, time and duality. In his painting they are balanced on a rusted fulcrum, using real copper, bronze, iron, oils, acrylics and shellac on canvas.
