‘Weekend Sail’ was inspired by the a view from the Dorset coast looking towards the Isle of Wight. This painting features rich blue waters and hazy skies with a lone sail on the horizon. Framed with a white wood tray frame.

Jonathan seeks to produce peaceful and captivating paintings that channel the atmosphere and energy in each scene. He works predominantly with oils using a refined technique that combines subtle tonal blending with expressionistic bursts of colour and texture to emulate the ethereal qualities of light.
