Merging abstraction with realism, inside spaces with imagined dreamscapes, Lorna invites the viewer to enter a world that explores the life-infusing force of colour.
‘Candy Beach’ depicts a scene painted from memory of a serene beach on the Amalfi Coast, on a particularly hot and sunny day in 2022. Vibrant tones of pink, lime green and bold yellows have been applied to emphasize the joy of this fond summer memory.
