Carl Cashman is a contemporary artist who creates stunning, vibrant geometric-based optical art. He hand drafts his work using a ruler, pencil, art tape, a compass and a protractor. Carl originally studied art at Darlington College of Arts and graduated from there in 2008.

Born: Luton Date: 13/2/83 Im a 36 year old Artist from Bedfordshire 
‘My main influences would have to be Banksy, Barry McGee, Paul Insect and Sol Lewitt. I work mainly with geometry and opart, my bright palette inspired by LSD and free parties.’

Carl Cashman lives and works in Devon, he is a rising star in the street art scene and can often be spotted around Europe at street art festivals. Carl produced a huge version of his “Love Hurts” piece on a 100ft wall at the 2016 Glastonbury music festival.
