Stephanie Mill makes art that connects you to your body’s inner wisdom, using nature’s mirror to understand the seasons of your soul. Stephanie uses her training in Visual Communication and a deep understanding of the healing properties of colour on the mind, body & spirit, combined with symmetry and the underlying sacred geometry that exists within nature, to encourage awareness of the universal principles that unite us all. Created using unique reflections and refractions of waveforms through water I AM NO.1 is inspired by the work of Joseph Campbell. The transformative and ever-evolving nature of water mirrors the cycle of the Hero’s Journey that we must all travel, both internally and externally, as we make our way through life. Water ebbs and water flows, it can rage as a storm, or be calm and tranquil. In this way, the element of water connects us to the emotions of our inner landscape.
