In 2020, Claire took part in the renowned MasterChef series UK, her clear love of cooking and creation of such personal dishes together with her effervescent personality, lead her to the highly sought after position as one of the finalists. Getting to fourth place, Claire’s MasterChef journey took her from the kitchens of the Royal Navy’s HMS Diamond, to cooking on al fresco on the shores of the island of Mauritius, to re-creating signature dishes for Michelin Starred Chefs Albert Adrià and Tom Kitchin as well as former MasterChef winner Simon Wood. The small print: to be used within 6 months of the prize draw, to be arranged at a mutual convenient date for 4 people in central London.
