Marco Walker is a very accomplished photographer, whose oeuvre ranges from glamorous fashion shoots in LA, to capturing the beauty of brutalist sculptures in Ukraine (as seen in the two other dramatic images in the auction Lot 31 and Lot 42). 

‘Mirage 2’ is stunning work from the artist’s ‘Colourful Cornucopia’ series. The photograph, taken in Morocco, has been enhanced and manipulated to create an energetic multicoloured scene that evokes the warmth and beauty of a Marrakech oasis.
