Thirsk Hall’s town centre location conceals it’s beautiful 20 acres of walled gardens and parkland. In 2021 the family opened Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden, sharing their secret garden with the community and wider public.
Last year Thirsk Hall’s grounds became home to Thirsk Hall Glamping. Featured in The Times ‘Top 25 New Glamping Sites in 2023’, the five furnished luxury bell tents are perfect for a break away with family or friends.
Sleeping up to four people, each tent contains USB and plug charging points, bedside lamps, ceiling festoon lights, a picnic basket with cups, plates and cutlery and a kettle with teas and coffees provided.
On site there is a toilet and shower block with flushing toilets, both indoor and outdoor sinks, hot showers, hairdryers and fresh drinking water. Each tent has its own outdoor seating area surrounding a fire pit - which is perfect for marshmallow toasting!
Guests have full access to Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden during opening hours, making the glamping site an ideal location for art lovers.
