Arabia Cottage (once occupied by Lawrence of Arabia's Nanny) is situated less than a minute’s walk from Port Isaac Harbour. It has fantastic sea views and has been lovingly renovated and designed by an interior stylist and her husband.
The cottage sleeps 5, with two living areas and a terraced garden with magnificent views of the Harbour and beyond. It is just a moments walk from the sea and coastal paths, making it the perfect place to explore the majestic North Cornwall coast from.
It is split over three floors with the snug at the top (accessed via an external staircase) and provides breathtaking sea views of the harbour; the perfect room to while away an afternoon in.
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: x2 Single beds
Bedrooms 3: Single bed
The terraced garden is the ideal spot to enjoy morning tea or coffee, whilst looking out to sea. On colder days, there is a lovely window seat in the downstairs living room so you can lie with a book, whilst soaking up the magical views of slate roofs and whitewashed alleys, with a log burner to keep you warm.
Everything is within walking distance, from the supermarket, to the pubs and the infamous Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw restaurants. Guests will also have private access to one car parking space; a rarity in the village!
Points to note:
Once guests have booked, the owners will happily send over our recommendations for walks, places to eat and things to do.
There is a log burner in the cottage and a fire pit at the top of the garden but guests will need to bring their own kindling and logs / coals to barbecue
The garden is quite steep with a lot of steps to get up to the top terrace. It is therefore not very suitable for small children, or for people with mobility issues. Children would need to be supervised.
Afraid no dogs / no wheelchair access
