Can Mateu is a 300-year old finca, formerly an olive mill, located in the hills of Ibiza. Just 15-30 minutes to all of the island’s best beaches, and 8 minutes from the much-loved village of Santa Gertrudis, with local bars, restaurants, galleries and shops.
The villa is nestled in 10 secluded acres of terraces and woodland with outside dining, two outside chill-out areas, an orchard and a large saltwater pool
Please note this is a much-loved family home and not normally available for rent. It is available only to families or individuals over forty years old. The villa is situated in a quiet valley with local neighbours so strictly no parties / loud music or the villa owners will be notified, and fines of up to 5000 euros may be enforced by the local police.
