Alastair Barford is an immensely talented portrait  artist, who has painted acclaimed portraits of Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles III, both commissioned by Illustrated London News. Barford’s portrait of The King was the first portrait painting to be released during His Majesty’s reign as King after the change in reign. It featured with critical acclaim on the front page of The Times and in media around the world, and on the cover of ‘The Illustrated Coronation Edition King Charles III’. Alastair is a past Scholar of the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST), whose Patron is King Charles.  

The winner of this lot will receive a private commission with at least one sitting. Your canvas on oil portrait will be signed on the front (unframed).
