Merging abstraction with realism, inside spaces with imagined dreamscapes, Lorna invites the viewer to enter a world that explores the life-infusing force of colour.

‘House on the Hill’ depicts a tiny mountain house in the mystical island of Gozo, Malta, which is surrounded by trees, bushes and flowers. The surrounding wilderness dominates the painting and is exaggerated by the perspective of the tiny house, to create the sense of the landscape being all-consuming and wild.
