Pacific Breeze II

‘Queer Flower’ series is a collection of collaged works and paintings, examining artistic tropes of flowers and floral still life to explore ideas of remembrance, censorship and queerness. The work uses photographic copies of flowers, taken from found flower arranging books and second-hand postcards and old magazines, redacting them with ink and collage.
