These large scale paintings were created during Ella Holland's residency at East Street Arts in Leeds after she graduated from Leeds Art University.

Having expanded the scale of her work during the residency, Ella now paints on walls creating murals and shop fronts. Ella looks to print designers for inspiration like Karl Joel Larsson and Tom Abbiss Smith as well as painters such as Henri Matisse and David Hockey.
