Fundraising Auction Art Academy London 2024 - Timed

Gail Seres-Woolfson is a tutor at Art Academy London. A life-long city dweller, with a background in dance and performance, her practice explores architecture, space, movement and the simultaneity of the urban landscape.  Using collage, painting and fragments of her own photography she invites the viewer to navigate up, down, around and into an environment in which constructed elements are both anchored and suspended.

Her mixed-media paintings have been shortlisted for the Evening Standard Contemporary Art Prize and for the Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize and been selected for juried exhibitions including The London Group Open, ING Discerning Eye, and FBA Futures.  Her work has been shown in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe and is held in private collections internationally.  Gail graduated in 2017 from Art Academy London with a first-class diploma in Fine Art.
